Purpose

These Community Guidelines outline the rules and expectations for using GMC Audit Pro. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

  • Scan websites that you own or have explicit authorization to audit.
  • Generate compliance reports and appeal letters for your own use or for clients you represent.
  • Access the Service through the web interface or authorized API endpoints.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan.
  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others.
  • Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or scanning algorithms.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service beyond the provided API.
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions.
  • Create multiple free accounts to bypass subscription limits.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Rate Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits (audits per month, number of stores, etc.). These limits are in place to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
