Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

GMC Audit Pro is sold as one-time audit-credit purchases (a single audit or a multi-audit pack). All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once audit credits have been added to your account. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Fraudulent orders: If your payment method was used without your authorization or as a result of fraud, we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.
  • Technical billing issues: If a system error resulted in duplicate charges or an incorrect billing amount, we will correct the error and refund the affected amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

To be clear, refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the Service after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with scan results: Our audits are informational tools. Results may vary depending on your site's content and configuration.
  • Dissatisfaction with Google's approval decision: GMC Audit Pro does not guarantee Google Merchant Center approval or reinstatement. Google's decisions are made independently and are outside our control.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service: If your account is affected due to your breach of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Account suspension or termination: If your account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity on your part.

Audit Credits

Audit credits are purchased one time and do not expire. One credit covers a full audit of a store you have not previously audited; re-running a store you have already audited does not consume a credit and is always free. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Because the Service has no recurring billing, there is nothing to cancel — you are only ever charged when you choose to buy credits.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, contact us at support@gmcauditpro.com with your account email and details of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
