GMC Audit Pro is an independent compliance scanning tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC or Google Merchant Center. Our Service audits your website against known Google Merchant Center policy requirements and best practices; however, Google maintains over 150 internal policy checkpoints, many of which are not publicly documented and may change at any time without notice. While we strive to provide the most comprehensive audit available (currently 199+ checks across 9 categories), no third-party tool can guarantee 100% coverage of all criteria Google uses to evaluate merchant compliance. Audit results are informational only and do not constitute legal, professional, or compliance advice. Using this Service does not guarantee Google Merchant Center approval, reinstatement, or continued good standing. You should always review Google's official Merchant Center policies and consult with qualified professionals for compliance guidance.
By accessing or using GMC Audit Pro (“the Service”), operated by Seven Star Digital LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
GMC Audit Pro provides automated website compliance scanning and reporting tools designed to help identify potential Google Merchant Center policy issues. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages and analyzes them against known compliance criteria. The Service is intended as a diagnostic and informational tool only. We do not modify your website, submit appeals on your behalf, or interact with Google on your behalf in any way.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final — please refer to our Refund Policy for details. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: scanning websites you do not own or have authorization to scan, attempting to overwhelm or disrupt the Service, reverse-engineering the scanning algorithms, reselling access to the Service without authorization, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GMC Audit Pro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in Google Merchant Center reinstatement, approval, or compliance. Scan results may not reflect all criteria used by Google and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEVEN STAR DIGITAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR DENIAL, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seven Star Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any actions taken based on audit results or recommendations provided by the Service; or (e) any content or data you submit to or through the Service. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials associated with the Service are owned by Seven Star Digital LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without prior written consent from the Company.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@gmcauditpro.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
Binding Arbitration: If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
Jurisdiction: For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seven Star Digital LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
